It's fast, has relatively tame recoil, and accurate. Impact consistency at distance >>>> theoretical TTK because you need to be able to land those shots in the first place to reach that TTK.

For me, if I hit E it will go forward. I use ESDF so I hit it all the time. But the bug is that it will take E inputs even while the deploy screen isn't up, like while you are downed or dying still. So you are hitting E to move forward, but it registers as a class switch.

I'd honestly just say its an upgrade. The 3shot range for the scw is short af and in that range the vector can kill virtually just as fast. The ttk between them is negligible. The scw suffers hard from drop off as does the vector but the latter spits so much lead downrange its not a problem.

When the TTK at range is negligible, the rof hurts your recoil management more than it helps, so the SCW is easier to control at distance and ends up being better. At least for me.

The ttk close range in negligible, we are talking legit 10-20ms, latency and ping will have a bigger impact. I find the amount of shots you can get off on the vector before any real recoil or bloom can affect you is much better and enough to secure a kill. The scw seems more consistent but the vector has a higher skill ceiling that rewards those who can reach it.

Penguin says packet loss can happen even if speed is good and ping is in general good. What you could do to figure this out is to see if you got any better results from a different cluster by using a VPN slightly further away for testing purposes.
