It's not impossible. It's the way it's coded. Only the initial impact really does anything because the fire is weak. THere is an easy way to do it:

Load conquest > spawn eng > lay AT mines around the quads in your spawn > respawn medic > shoot mines with launcher

Might take you 2 tries, but that's it

Lets say that there are come backs to be had in BR, like you can get second chances. My Squad dropped. Bad start as we all get wiped wasting all our second chance lives. Second engagement all 3 of my members are dead. Luckily I was off doing a mission. Get a vehicle card. Boom, get a tank. Drive that tank to a Respawn point and get the squad back. And non of them dropped so we full power. Fight till the end. We lose the tank but still win it.

So all to say, the game can be more forgiving. And there are "comebacks".

Sliding and jumping is a very limited maneuver in this game that you should largely use for repositioning or dynamically moving with cover.

It quite literally puts you at a bloom and predictability disadvantage once you observe their trajectory. Just track them and they die 🤷‍♂️

Given that's just me. I have years of arena shooters and predictable movement is super punished in that genre. BF6's movement promotes positioning over movement.

Yes, that’s the benefit, it’s an interesting balance too. The aerial aim sway and spread makes it feel a bit more like bf4. Gain some lateral distance and a bit of height modulation to make tracking slightly harder, but prevent accurate shooting during it to give the opponent some time to react. Instead of the pinpoint aerial accuracy of 2042 where there wasn’t that grace period

the point of the buff to 29 damage is 2 things:

1: long distance the gun will do 20 damage. I think at super long ranges it deserves to compete with the higher skill and stronger m250 rn. It does not deserve to be doing 17 damage at the longest of ranges where the m250 is doing flipping 25 uncapped.

2: synthetic tip. 29 damage is the exact break point to allow synthetic tip (30 cost attachment that buffs headshots to 1.75) to make the gun do 50 damge to the head for the first 20 meters.

This damage value changes no other ttk values other than synthetic tip headshots and super long range.

I think I just fundamentally hated the maps of 2042. I could go on long tangents regarding them but to me good maps have a flow and intention behind them in how players should optimize moving through them in terms of pushes, flanks, vehicles, and chute routes.

I can respect that, there were few maps that I can actually remember being good, but the ones I do, were REALLY good for what they had. Redacted was one of my favorites. Stranded had good flow and breaks, Discarded had unique tug of war flows, Exposure was a parachute and tunnelrat heaven. Kalediscope was just open scale murder. Hourglass was only good when storms rolled in.
