I mean I had like two headcanon theories on his asexuality:

1. he has a skips from regular show esque backstory, he used to have a significant other, although due to accidents, they died and bambi became committed since, although bambi would be more of a amnesiac character

2. Being a actual god, he’s unable to feel for any romantic relationships

there is some because beta 3 is primarily meant to be an EXTENSION past the first update, rather than just having songs to have songs

it extends the plot onwards past just having the dave week and bambi week

though of course there are a lot of songs that are based on older ones throughout, theres just a few fully original ones mixed in

to fill those spots in the story

as is shown in the first update, next to come is Picnic Week

its essentially working on a "what if", where its imagining if dave and bambi only ever had updates up to Beta 2, but then suddenly got picked up again more recently

working with the interpretations of the characters at the time

a lot of the time i end up having to ask dillon or rapparep things directly to make sure im not making any incorrect assumptions about stuff and that im getting my history right
