Now this is a stretch but imagine this, Your a smuggler and you have 4 dynamites infromt of you, you can’t use all of them without getting noticed but you don’t want to waste it on bringing it onto the plane(and you don’t want someone else to take them) . The cannon bag would be able to store the dynamite or you could load dynamite, flash bang, smoke bomb, or time bomb and when you use the canon bag it will automatically activate and throw the dynamite (etc) and you can get away. Now of course the bad has to be noticble like a duffle bag with a big cannon in the front (like the rocket launcher).
