How to change the angle of the Lock on Camera?

So I have an issue with the camera, the angle I have kind of blocks my vision of the enemy does someone know how to fix this issue?

If you are playing on 1.7.13 or later, you can just go 1 version before to 1.7.12 and the lock on isn't as bad
