I spent 50 points on the Recollection Gacha and got a 4-star card on the last spin out of 10. They wanted to increase the number of points because if it's going to be a permanent gacha, they could make it easier to get 4-star cards, since they didn't implement the other ticket gacha for 4-star cards.
