Look up "flop era bpm" and set your bpm to it

i actually did and it showed 160 and 165

#

and when i tried doing one of them it was off beat for some notes so i have to switch at points

It's 163 I believe

You should use music offset (in chart properties tab) to align the first beat of the song to the measure marker 1
