so what is mooooooost likely happening here is that in the randomizer every item is shuffled and this also included the initial push and twist runes!
so i think what happened here is that one of those two runes got shuffled to that spot of the shop
I wonder if it would be better if the locations of all starting runes aren't randomized to
It's mostly just included for custom runs, since you can start without push and twist
And also to give two really early item checks to make early areas harder to get stuck in
But yeah potentially a 'if not a custom run, don't shuffle this item' might be good
Or even 'if this item is already collected don't require the player to buy it' :b
