each assembler is supposed to make 1.5 green circuts a sec and 20 assemblers make 30 a sec which is how much a red belt carries but for some reason the red belt isnt always full its like most of the time 8 circuts each belt but sometimes and gets to like 7 then 6 then goes back to 8 so what is happening?

inserter hands have to wait for a gap in the belt to drop an item, and sometimes a gap can get past while the inserter is swinging back. if you want to 100% compress your belt, make the last assemblers on the right put the circuits onto sideloads
