It is discouraged but allowed since I ultimately can't control if people vibe code, just remember, the goal is to challenge yourself and have fun. If you want you can make a submission with another person, we have had a regular team that consists of two people one that does graphics one that does code.

The goal is to have one once a month, not all jams are just 24hs, I have also hosted a 7day jam before and I will host one of that length again someday

can everyone be the winner or is there some conditions ? How do you plan to verifiy if no AI asset were used for graphics or sound effect ?

"Winner" is just a glorrifed title, the point of the jam is to have fun, not to win.

There is no verification, I just trust the people submitting aren't trying to sneak something past. If something is obviously aigen then I just won't give it attention. The point is to see what you can make in 24 hours, not which prompt result you wish to use. Ultimately by using AI you are just cheating yourself more than anything.

yeah i was just asking because i have fun doing silly stuff with AI and i know my other stuff that aren't AI sometimes are suspected to be AI made, too bad there's isn't a proper system to identify my non-AI creation

i would have if i had one, i usually test those so called detector but find out they can be fooled most of the time, i was curious to know if there could be some new things i'm unaware of. I understand now the point is to have fun, not a cut throat competition
