I had it prepared yesterday.
I create the concept art with Grok Imagine,
Then edit or cut out with photoshop.
Use MeshyAI imageTo3D for the model file, the texture is also made based on the image.
Then when I have one that looks ok, I just download the Fbx, and use blender to render in any grid size or resolution.
Next step will be to have viable 3D assets and recreate a better Zen-garden from it
I dont think I would use your mod, but that's really, REALLY cool. Not saying that you should, but, would it be possible to create random variations of the tree model ? I imagine that would need making as many entities as there are variations and use a runtime script to replace them ?
Thanks! So what is in the works, is actual Bonsai seed, that grows into real Bonsai tree without planting box.
For variations I assume you mean like base game seed, grows into different color variants like the extra seeds already do when planted.
That is possible in the data stage, and if I succeed it will randomly grow into zen-bonsai or cherry-bonsai when planted.
I am currently trying to figure out how to render a normal for the leafs, since planted tree-s need that for the wind shader
