@scarlet oasis is not launching factorio at all for reasonable reasons
Do you have code to validate the prototypes that he might be able to use to develop his randomizer on without actually launching factorio

some things might be validatable by combining it with the prototypes I reimplemented to make sure things actually match up to whats expected (as far as my prototype impls are correct)
