if you mean 110 electric miners, then with base productivity you can't saturate 4 (yellow) belts, but if you want to go from 6 to 4 you have to use a balancer. if you want to do it yourself, you basically have to build a contraption where each incoming belt is split into 4, and then 6 of those 1/4 of a belt are joined together, but it's rather difficult, and you can find all the balancers from 1->2 to 128->128 online
