If I recall, artillery shells now require Vulcanus products to produce so "independent" is not really possible anymore?
Calcite must be sourced from either space or Vulcanus. The Tungesten plate can only be sourced from Vulcanus. To place such factory anywhere other than on Vulcanus, you will need access to a landing pad which is limited to 1 per surface and likely shared with other production lines.

yeah! just a basic one - wich i can build on vulcanus directly. no extended rates

import the calcite/explosives/tungsten
two machines and you're done
