If you want to do it yourself:
You need to find what part in base tells Navis MapGen to Spawn Biter SPawners.

I guess (hope) you can just add gleba spawners there

I found the whole of gleba to be just a pain, but I like the enemies..

So I was thinking I wanted to deal with the enemies and their pesky range while not really dealing with gleba 😄
