Ended up pushing a handful of crop yield balance updates after early Gleba-start testing but boy is this feeling nice now that it's dialed in.
You still need to manage the actual spoilage item early game since you get more out of the propagule/pod processing than you need for smelting, and still have to account for bacteria spoilage, which feels like a natural introduction to management of Gleba mechanics
Early setup is detect spoilage backup on the feedlines > put it into box > box feeds boiler
