I deleted all my achievements since buying Space Age and have decided to do a single achievement run.
Time gated achievements are usually the bottleneck such as Getting on track like a pro and There is no spoon.
My problem comes in with Biter expansion. I haven't walled myself off and am now getting Big biter and spitter attacks. I can't kill nests yet since I need to hit Keeping your hands clean.
Question now is, how early do I wall myself off and is this run possible?

I definitely think it's possible, but your goal should be to leave nauvis as soon as possible and go directly to vulcanus.
You need to leave early because of the rush to space achievement anyway.
Your options are to either wall off enough resources on nauvis very early so you can guarantee you have the resources to travel to space and just leave without nauvis getting destroyed.
Or just don't build a wall at all and just rush your resource gathering with only the minimal defense needed to hold of the initial attacks. Once you leave nauvis, you can basically just let your base be destroyed.
On vulcanus you essentially have infinite iron and copper, and the logistics of routing them around is very easy, because it's all pipes instead of belts.
My main question is. Are you trying to do all of this on your first space age run, or have you played through all of space age before?
If it's your first run, I recon the hardest achievement is going to be to finish the game in 40 hours

First run of Space Age and I believe Express delivery is the 40 hour achievement - which I won't be doing
The time gated achievements minus the game finish one isn't an issue and is really doable
