[repost / update] Made a mod that will let you update the text of a DispalyPanel with the current signal count.
Number can be updated using the icon or you can enable searching for rich text.
Updates each display periodically (if a player is on that surface) and can be configured to reduce lag (similar to LTN in 1.1).
