At some point, my save files were overrun with mysterious logs and the chat window was taken over.
I initially suspected the Cybersyn mod, so I uninstalled it and loaded the save file, but the same thing happened, and creating a new save file for a new game doesn't cause the problem.
I have no idea how to resolve this issue.
I have also attached a list of the mods I am using.

Pretty much the only way you can work this out is a binary search: disable half the mods, see if it still happens. If it does, repeat. If it does not, repeat but with the disabled mods
