yeah. as long as you have 1 centrifuge per reactor they can keep things running. Maybe have one extra for bad rng.
And have a few chests to put the u238 into so that it doesn't clog the system

Yes. even more if add even a bit of control to not waste cells when the reactor doesn't need to do full output.
Or by just building half the reactor since I doubt you need more than 160MW of power
