If you are on steam, you can revert to an older version.
On steam, go to the game properties > betas > Beta participation > [select the version you want]

But betas don't give access to all versions, and you risk that the version you want won't be available forever.
You should go to factorio's website, login (and link your account with steam) and download the .zip version, this way you have the version on you computer forever
