I would recommend that you develop your own for multiple reasons.
You'll know how it works, which also means you'll learn how it works.
Since you know how it works, you can modify it as you need to.
Games like these feel a lot worse to play overall when you are just copying and pasting things you didn't work on.

i'd not use that kind of setup anywhere in vanilla, unless MAYBE for a mall

i think its a good idea for modpack malls tho, since you have tons of new items where you dont know the items needed

i have a similar design, easy to expand in all directions
