Hi! I've finished a run without bitters since I wanted to expand freely this time. I think the next step is to prepare a megabase, but don't know which could be the best point to start. I've been thinking about preparing a massive blue belt production since I have a bit lack of them.
I think I also lack of fluid processing. Should I prepare train lines for that? Where do you recommend me to place them?

Building a proper mall with everything you need for a megabase is a good start. Make sure to include modules and beacons.
With that kind of ore density I doubt trains are all that necessary, you can often just make whatever you want right where you need it. It may be useful for redistributing oil products though.
After that, start working on science production modules for each pack, as well as modules for commonly shared materials such as plates and circuits I think
