I've done quite some stuff in the 0.4.1 (unreleased) update but I can't help but think about the 0.5.0 (nuclear related) one and try some things here and there, like I just recently managed to make a fake geiger counter sound effect up till 3600 CPM and I love it

just added steel gear recipes, it is a good example to show how much faster and more efficient the casting recipes are, this will make a good tech to seek for:
during the same time you can machine 1 steel ingot into 2 gears and 1 piece of scrap, you can turn 80 molten steel (equivalent to 8 ingots) into 24 gears and 4 pieces of scrap

The 0.4.1 update is out! I just polished a bit the metallurgy side of the mod and I also implemented molecule icons as a separate mod to allow people to use the later for themselves

ah shit, typo in the changelog, I've removed icons from copper ore but added icons to copper ore concentrate

I think I managed to mathematically find why centrifuges cascades have this shape

if the enrichment was as easy regardless of the input concentration it would look like a diamond between the tail, feed and product

#

but since enrichment becomes easier and easier as concentration gets closer to 50%/50% it thus requires less and less centrifuges to do the same work
