i want to fill my fluid wagon with only 5k oil, but i don't know how to do it with combinators

You can read a trains contents by connecting a wire to the train stop. You can have the pump stop when there is >=5k oil.
Very strange requirement to have though? Why are you limiting it so much?

You have the pump only enabled if there is more than 5k oil in the train, so it will never fill

i don't really want to have many oil in the wagon cause it was only fuel for flamethrower and flamethrower only use few of the oil

Oil wells don't dry up, so there isn't harm in having some buffers of it in trains. Limiting the amount you put in the train means the train needs to do more trips.

for a lot buffers are bad because of the resource cost
