Assuming it has 16 GB of RAM and you have some tolerance to the word "handle" then certainly. Of course a M2 or M3 will handle it better, but I guess it should still manage to maintain decent UPS through most of it. Especially if you build with UPS somewhat in mind.
If it only has 8 GB of RAM then you might run into OOM related issues. Especially since Pyanodons hammers both VRAM with its high quality graphics and RAM with the scale of base needed, which the M1 shares the same memory for. Using a low quality graphic pack would help in this case but it might be pushing it.
