Can anyone help me get this seed/string. I've been trying to get a map generated like this but I could not find anything until I saw this post. It contains the String but Factorio won't let me use it for some reason. Can anyone help me find this seed or String?

You should be able to use a map string. What do you mean that Factorio won't let you use it

That looks like an old version of Factorio, I wonder if they changed map generation and strings at some point?
You should be able to get a similar island map to that by fiddling with the Water Scale and Coverage sliders though
