I need a set of combinators that will send a signal to bots to bring materials to a train that will bring the materials to the mining outpost.

Design train, figure out what things go where in the cars. Then send signals to requester chests: “set request” in the circuit network. Feed signal of what is in the train (through the train stop) through an arithmetic combinator (* -1) to remove them from the requester chest’s request.
