Straight-Side Smart Splitter Timing

The straight-side smart splitter variant needs a better delay for the side split because its not ~50/50 split unlike the side-side smart splitter variant

Personally, maybe this would be a part of the "logic" update and
you'd just have a timer component & a logic-controlled splitter instead 🤔.
