WTR:

  1. Place and start 2 or more Tier 1 Auto-miners.
  2. Stop them via Menu > Turn off all Auto-miners.
  3. Place some new Auto-miners Tier 1.
  4. Go to Menu and press Turn off all Auto-miners again.

I've attached my save and logs in .7z which were taken from C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\MineMogul.
