placed down 3 miners then used the "turn off all miners" and this appeared

thanks! yeah, we just found out this error happens when you have an autominer in your hand and you press the "turn off all autominers" button

I'll have this fixed for the next update

the error is harmless though. you can just close it and continue playing. nothing actually breaks
