Kill + télé lock

I don't know if it's a bug or intentional, but when you teleport an enemy, most of the time you can't hit them when they're locked on.

I think its intentional, Tele lock casually locking enemy, but they cant be affected by other spells aswell, its just supposed to slowe em down ^^
