  • Crashes (On Windows and Linux, hosting or joined, we had 3 in total in 5 hours)
  • No voice input after rejoining a match after the crash (did happen once, but not the other time)
  • Overpowered one-hit-kill monster did stay one time longer than it should, ruining an entrie run (happened once in 5h)
  • Lost equipment randomly returning or not returning in the "lost and found chest" after death in last run (Happened all the time)
  • Dead bodies trapped in wall after death, so no revive possible (happened once in 5h)
  • Aero and Tempest getting executed by accident, like all the time.
  • The gargoyle can glitch through the walls and also GRAB you through it outside... (happened once in 8h)

Some will need to be chcecked by @pale saddle some we Can try to look at as crashes. Please share yours and your friend logs

so far what i found Josh was only issues on end user devices, usually it look like faulty drivers. But if there will be something program related i surelly let you know/mention you

Sure, this is mine. But can't tell you, where the crash happened in this long ass log.
But there should be like 3 to 4 in there.

Also notice, I am running Linux (Bazzite) but it crashed for a friend with Windows too. Maybe not as often. my path for this file:
/run/media/system/LinGames/SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/3834090/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/LocalLow/maisonbap/YAPYAP/

This is the log of my friend. He had like 2 crashes over two days, 8 hours in total on Windows as the host.
So his crash meant disconnect for me and two other friends.

if you send your friend crash log so your friend need to access that crash file cause its his computer ๐Ÿ˜„

Idk I don't have such a folder, and did not delete it.
I will ask my friend, when we talk again.

Also, just noticed the "Player-prev.log" file isn't like everything that ever happened, it's just the last log file.
Soooo I am not too sure about how many crashes are actually in those files.

Yes if your friend crash then he will have the file

Only 2 logs are generating and if you will open 3rd game, the player.log gonna replace player_prev.log and new "player.log" gonna be generated

If your game end in crash, you Can see on end of log one line saying "crash!!!"

And then description what processes got killed by system and on the end path to crash.dmp

Also thanks. Very informative. I just know game dev stuff from looking, not doing, so getting stuff from someone actually knowledgeable is great ^^

I did write, that I use Linux, so the Windows paths and files are stored in a folder, within the linux filesystem.

Also yeah we played last weekend and not since.

Of cause we had Discord running, which has video functions. But nobody streamed it.

We stopped it and the game did not crash while we did that. So just for your information.

Tbh we prob won't play the game anymore, like I know them. Same with Mimisis when that came out. Not even as it got updates.

Sooo this is just for you to fix those bugs and crashes or for you to warn users of stuff like OBS.

But I will try to get my friends dumps still some time.

Idk they sometimes invite me to play and then they play something. For us,it was sadly just a cool game we wanted to try and not much more I am afraid.

Like I did a review on steam, if you wanna know my opinion on the game. My Steam name is Snicelory

But it revolvs around it being a game with a really nicely done gimmick, great artstyle but strange balancing and some heavy hitters in terms of bugs. (Some of which you already fixed)

That mostly has to do with us just jumping games a lot and. Also we played like 8 hours, so really, we enjoyed the heck out of it ๐Ÿค—
