Hello,
I would like to suggest an expansion of the hospital in Charisma Hospital. Adding more specialized departments would significantly improve realism, roleplay depth, and gameplay variety.
Expanded Hospital with New Departments
• Psychiatry / Mental Health Ward
A department focused on patients with psychological or psychiatric conditions, including cases where symptoms are mental rather than physical (psychosomatic illnesses).
Examples could include psychological pregnancy, dementia, schizophrenia, or eating disorders (ED/TCA).
Doctors would help patients through structured dialogue systems, therapy sessions, or guided conversations adapted to each condition. For example, talking with ED patients to understand their thoughts, or responding appropriately to confused dialogue from dementia patients.
• Imaging Department (X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI)
For patients with physical trauma or internal issues that require medical imaging to identify fractures or internal injuries before treatment.
• Maternity and Delivery Ward
A dedicated area for pregnancy care and childbirth, where doctors and nurses assist during labor and provide basic prenatal and postnatal care.
• Surgery Room
A surgical area where experienced doctors can perform simple procedures through mini-game mechanics.
• Emergency / Urgent Care Department
An emergency room divided into:
A general area for non-critical patients
A critical care area for high-priority, life-threatening cases
• CAP / Pediatric Check-Up Room
A room for routine medical check-ups, especially for children, such as growth tracking, vision tests, and basic health evaluations with their parents.
• Laboratory Department
A laboratory for analyzing samples like blood, urine, saliva, stool, or mucus, helping doctors confirm diagnoses and decide treatments.
I believe these additions would make Charisma Hospital more immersive, realistic, and engaging for players.
