I saw something about a NICU being added and while we obviously couldn’t “deliver a baby” maybe we treat the mom the same as other patients as well as the baby (at a certain level) and you get more XP and money. Also some other wards maybe a physc ward (excuse my spelling), general surgery if there’s a way it wouldn’t be against TOS, orthopaedics, cardiology, ect (also with different levels and pay). Also if a patient could code or anything like that it would be very cool.

Honestly, this does seem like an awesome idea. I do 100% agree we could use more specialty-based units. Seeing more stuff for things like radiology, oncology, and so on is something that I'd love to see. Although, that is pretty similar to CNA sim itself. Obviously, we wouldn't be able to add every single specialty as there's SO many to choose from.🫶🏻👀
