if I bough the private clinic gamepass what would happen can someone explain it to me the perks anything please ?

and plus to this when will private clinics be created or be in game ?

The perks are listed in the gamepass description. Perks include the ability to operate your own small clinic that consists out of a waiting room, office, meeting room and 2 emergency rooms. Additionally, you will receive cash and XP for every patient that gets treated, whether you do it or not.

There is no date of release that has been brought out as far as I know
