You should add some emergencies that are more serious

Kinda like cna sim, like cardiac arrests, OD’s, etc. you get what I’m trying to say but yea it would make the game a little more fun and get a little adrenaline rush

emergency situations like people coming in with urgent injuries, etc, some people might have like invisible timers on them to receive treatment, etc!!
