#Can't pick the partition I want when downloading omarchy through archinstall

Hi, have you tried the instrucctions described in https://discord.com/channels/1390012484194275541/1469352282880737402 ? To select you normally type space and then Enter.
I tried pressing space then enter but it marks the drive and just returns to the menu that has partitioning as an option
That is weird, it should go like this after you enter archinstall:
Disk configuration [enter]
Partitioning [enter]
Use best effort ... [enter]
Select disk [space to make your selection][enter to proceed]
file system, btrfs (select this one to have all omarchy snapshot functionalities) [enter]
default sub-volume structure (it will create default arch sub-volumes) [enter]
If you are not seeing these steps, it is likely that archinstall is having an issue with your setup. I will suggest to manually format the disk to btrfs using cfdisk (cfdisk /dev/sdb) and then try again archinstall. Good luck!
Use best effort didn't appear only partitioning
Is there another way to install omarchy on a partition
I want to access a part of the drive on windows and the rest for omarchy
If you want a dual boot on arch, the easiest way is through archsintall. From the image you sent initially, I understand you have multiple HDs and you want to use a full disk for omarchy installation, if that is the case, you should follow the instructions I mentioned before.
not working yet? use cfdisk to format the HD before running archsintall.
