I did yay -Syu and gcc14 has been taking about 6 hours and I have no idea how far it is.
I am using
- 6/32 GB of RAM
- 10% of CPU (Intel i7-10750H)
I tried commands like
sudo renice -n -20 -p $(pgrep -x yay)
to speed things up, but it is still very slow.
My battery is in performance mode.
Does anyone know what I might be missing?
