#Can't boot Omarchy from Windows PC using external SSD

Hello. I installed the Omarchy ISOv3.2.3-2. Flashed it to a 32GB USB stick using balenaEtcher, & installed Omarchy to a Micron Crucial X10 Portable SSD, plugged in to a current Windows 11 PC. I disabled Secure Boot & CSM in my Asrock BIOS settings prior to doing this. The install ran fine, I clicked "reboot now" and my machine booted back into Windows.

I have scoured the internet for virtually every fix I could find (disable fast startup & hibernation, reinstall Omarchy again, attempt booting with CSM disabled & enabled, change boot priority in BIOS settings easy mode as I can't see the Limine boot in advanced mode) but booted into Windows every single time. If I need to try the manual install route then so be it but I was hesitant because skill issue might be a factor there.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can try? After attempting all of this the time on my PC got set to UTC time (I'm located in PST region) if that's somehow relevant.

I get into boot menu with F11 on reboot.

Looks like this sorry if too zoomed in. Regardless of if I pick Windows Boot Manager or the blank space (what I thought was Limine) I still boot into Windows
