Password prompt isn’t working

Whenever I try to enter my password in the terminal for sudo or to update, it shows the letters I type for some reason and it auto rejects after about 2 seconds.

Even if I don’t type anything, it still says “Sorry, try again”

I tried logging in as root to reset any lockout but that didn’t do anything.

Run omarchy-reset-sudo this happens to me from time to time.

Haven’t been able to pinpoint exactly why it happens though.
