Hi all,
Am currently having a few issues getting Omarchy configured fully. PSA this is my first time using Linux, and I am about 2 days into learning.
Issues:
Brightness Control
dGPU shutoff
Audio Issues
cmdline: cryptdevice=PARTUUID=a3bc6967-22c6-4c0f-9a74-7d4981274579:root root=/dev/mapper/root zswap.enabled=0 rootflags=subvol=@ rw rootfstype=btrfs quiet splash rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau modprobe.blacklist=nouveoau nvidia-drm.modset=1 i915.enable_dpcd_backlight=1 nvidia.NVreg_EnableBacklightHandler=0 nvidia.NVreg_RegistryDwords=EnableBrightnessControl=0
I have also installed the linux-g14 kernel and headers supported from the asus arch guide. System also kept getting stuck on shutdown so my fix for the was disabling my sd card reader slot... and it worked.
Installed rog and superfxctl, aswell as nvidia-prime. Originally had nvidia drivers but was doing more harm than good so I removed it.
Sorry for the ramble, just wanted to supply as much information as I could. My goal is to have the battery as effiecient as possible for work use, so ideally disable dGPU and be able to lower my OLED brightness from max.
