Issue description:
I had been using Warp on Omarchy for about three weeks, and everything was working perfectly until yesterday when Omarchy updated the kernel. After the update, Warp can no longer render and gets stuck with this output:
warp-terminal
19:17:07 [INFO] Spawning terminal server process...
19:17:07 [INFO] Running terminal server...
I initially thought it was a configuration issue, but since I couldn’t fix it, I decided to completely reformat. The Omarchy ISO doesn’t include the new kernel patch, so I reinstalled Omarchy and then installed Warp again — and it worked perfectly. However, after updating Omarchy once more, Warp stopped working again.
Steps taken:
Reinstalled Warp (same result).
Reinstalled the whole system — works before update, breaks after update.
Verified GPU acceleration, display drivers, and Wayland settings — all normal.
Question:
Any idea what could have changed with the latest kernel update that prevents Warp from rendering?
Is there a known compatibility issue or missing patch for the new kernel build?
