Hey, all three common issues don't apply to me:
-The docker daemon is running
-There is no other VM/Docker Service running
-I am in the Docker group
Is there anything else I could debug this issue with?

open docker from the launcher, check if you have another vm running and stop/delete it, i had the same issue and it turns out it was my winboat vm that i forgot i had running for weeks, deleted it and had no issues after, you might be having the same issue
