root password is invalid

hey, i setup my laptop with omarchy now.

i created my user and set my password.
When i want to instlal anything with sudo it tells me my password is incorrect. But i never explicitly that that password and i assumed it was the same as my users one. What am i missing?

sudo password is your user password. But, you have to create a new user session for it to take effect. Did you set it in this same session?

Additionally, you could try running ‘omarchy-sudo-reset’.

i did a reboot and now it works
