If you've set your default browser to a Firefox derivative, this is expected behavior. Firefox does not support web apps so they fallback to Chromium

I mean that opening a link from a web app should use the default browser instead of chromium right ?

No. Because at that point you're IN Chromium. Browsers don't consider or care what your default browser is once you're in them. Otherwise you could literally never use a different browser on your machine that wasn't default
