I think the ones you buy could be marketable at least, maybe not the ones u get with the codes imo.
I always like how other games are consumer-friendly and let you do what you want with ur skins even put them on a market or give them to people or stuff like that. Unfortunately modern games like Valorant or Overwatch or your other typical "games with skins" these days, it seems they forgot how peak that is.
