As shown in the attached video, it is unable to deal any contact damage, even when red, and does not create any projectiles. This may be a result of having spawned it in via god mode as this is where I first noticed it, but I don't recall having been damaged by contact with them during normal gameplay either.

i think the pericyte is meant to be a sort of shield, which is why it's especially wide and has a crazy dps limit
