Teleported outside

I was fighting the boos for the intestence and i dashed into it which bugged me into it and so i dashed again to unbug myself but this teleported me to a random place in the level, I think it may have killed the boss but i am unsure as it could have been killed by my turret or a bomb

yeah. i've noticed if yuo get stuck in a wall (and presumably glitch outside the playable area), it teleports you back to the start room as an un-stuck mechanic
