Logged in today to see everything on my account had been reset, story progress (along with viltrum omni skin), every single one of my colors i unlocked for the diff characters, my player level progress just GONE

This happened to me about 5 days ago, it’s been happening to a lot of players and there’s no solution yet. I heard from a dev that there’s no way to get progress back either so I’ve just stopped playing the game even though I was enjoying the game a lot.

This sucks that it’s happening but glad to see I’m not the only one. As someone who considers himself a Completionist and trying to get the platinum trophy this hurt. My Mark was one level away from getting that trophy. (Lvl 19) now you gotta start back at zero

I was around level 48ish I had invincible, battlebeast, conquest and powerplex max level, and monster girl and buttleproof were level 20 plus the other halve of the roster was about level 10 give or take a few levels
